Excluding writing.)] to be qualified for application. <br \/>\n    <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"jiz\">Procedures Prior to Applying<\/h2>\n\n\n<span style=\"color:red;\">Applicants for whom eligibility no.7 and no.8 apply<\/span>, will go through a pre-application screening to assess the eligibility.
