500 employees and a \10 billion in annual turnover (at that time/700 employees and \40 billion at present) architectural design and construction company.
Major Accomplishments
1987 to 1991
Commercial facilities design (large-scale facilities and family type operation), graphic design, interior furnishings, decoration displays, and the decoration wall paintings in designing department.
1991 to 1993
New business conditions research in planning department as a chief designer.
Urban development in cooperation with the municipality, the consulting firm, and the construction company. Took charge of assists the architectural design in the construction company design department, contributed to the competition participation of public works.
1993 to1994
Returns to the designing department, took charge of the design manual for franchise shop, the decoration wall painting, the FRP object production, and the character design, etc besides the commercial facilities design.
FREELANCE (1994 to present)
After retired SPACE.INC., in 1994, involved in space planning (exhibition, store, and cultural facilities, wall painting and object production, etc) as freelance beside assist the designing limited companies as a designer.
Furthermore, handling the edit design on computer (DTP,WEB),
involving a regional activities, the academic activity, and the educations.

- Organize the alternative space "MAKISATO LAB. " (http://makisato.jp ,The project that the wooden oldstyle elementary schoolhouse closed in depopulated area in mountainous district reproduces the function again as node in region. It organizes it by several artists. In Japan, there is a custom that the Shinto shrine in the region hold the divine ceremony (festival) at each season. We organize the summer festival "HIKARI-MATSURI" in every year. The festival gathers 2000 people, and contributes to the local revitalization. Since 2003)
